如何判别诈骗电子邮件
如果您是域名的所有人，您可能已接过一些诈骗电子邮件。这种类型的邮件会要求域名所有人立即续约域名，或是更新银行帐户资讯，并宣称如果不这么做，您将会因域名逾期而失去域名。
以下是诈骗电子邮件的范例，如果您收到这种邮件，请直接忽略它：

如何判断电子邮件是否由 Gandi 寄出
寄件者的电子邮件地址
在点击邮件中的任何连结、或甚至是打开电子邮件之前，请先检查寄件者的电子邮件地址。请注意，我们无法确保某封电子邮件是正当的，因为，将电子邮件伪装成从另一个地址寄出，是很容易的事情。
收件者的电子邮件地址
如果您启用了帐户中“反垃圾邮件系统”的功能，那么您也应该检查收件者的电子邮件地址。我们只会将电子邮件寄到您提供的地址，所以，如果您发现收件者的邮件地址是变造过、在 Whois 上显示的那组地址（像是上面范例中的 G23475397CF426333A39B8A1BF5BD226A-1234567@CONTACT.GANDI.NET），那您就知道该电子邮件并非由 Gandi 所寄。
检查您帐户中所列的域名及讯息
所有 Gandi 寄给您的通知，在您帐户中的“讯息”栏皆有备份。您也可以在帐户中列出的域名清单，确认您所有域名的到期日。

启用及更新“反垃圾邮件系统”
在 Whois 上，您可以使用一组变造过的转寄地址，取代您真正的电子邮件地址，操作方式请见此页（英）。只要您更改帐户资讯并按下“送出”（或不做任何资料更动，仅按下“送出”键），Whois 上的邮件地址即会更新，而原本旧的地址会失效。如果您收到好几封寄到转寄地址的诈骗电子邮件，请您再点击一次“更新帐户资讯”下的“送出”键。
