Simplified email management: discover the new space dedicated to mailboxes and forwarding

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new menu in your Gandi interface, designed to simplify and centralize the management of your mailboxes and forwarding settings.
What this new application brings:
👉 Centralized management of all your mailboxes
👉 Full support for your email addresses and forwarding rules, whether your domains are registered with Gandi or other registrars
👉 A clearer, more intuitive interface for managing your email services
Starting now, if mailbox management is no longer available under the “Domain” tab, you can go directly to the new “Mail” tab, designed for this purpose.
Zero impact on your existing services
The rollout of this new application is seamless and has no impact on your current services:
👉 Your expiration dates remain strictly unchanged
👉 No technical impact is expected
👉 All your mailboxes and forwarding rules continue to function normally
This update is completely transparent: no downtime, no service changes, just an improved user experience.
What happens to my existing mailboxes?
Existing mailboxes have not yet been migrated to the new application. Their management therefore remains available in their current location.
Similarly, for domains already associated with mailboxes, the creation of new addresses must still be done via the domain management interface.
How do I migrate my mailboxes?
Migration to the new application is available on request. To take advantage of it, simply contact support.
What about email forwarding?
Email forwarding management remains fully operational, with no changes.
