[Resolved] Chat service offline

Normally, you can access support via online chat during business hours by clicking on the “?”

to the right of the screen when logged in, then on the chat ballon. 

Right now our chat service is down. We are working with them to restore service, but it may take some hours. In the meantime, please file your support questions here:
