Eleven new second-level “job” domains are now available

In addition to top-level domains (TLDs), like .com, .net, .fr, etc., it is also sometimes possible to register second-level domains (SLDs) that add an additional term in front of the TLD. We’re pleased to announce the addition of eleven new job-related SLDs all on the .fr TLD from PromoPixel:

Special Terms and Conditions

In order to register a domain name in one of these domains, you must be part of an organization related to the industry in question (e.g. a professional order, a union, etc.).

Example with .veterinaire.fr

  • Registration is limited to veterinarians in France
  • The owner must provide their INSEE unique identifier
  • The owner may only use an email address @veterinaire.fr (available for free from the National Order of Veterinarians)
  • The National order of Veterinarians must validate each registration

Example with .aeroport.fr

  • Registration is limited to airports, airdromes, and heliports in France
  • The owner must provide their INSEE unique identifier
