Here’s the Gandi release note for the month of May 2022, your monthly roundup of the latest improvements, fixes, and new features developed this month to optimize your experience.
What’s new this month:
More detailed permissions information for configuration templates
From now on, an alert will let you know when you have restricted rights on a configuration template. As such, when you select a template that does not belong to you, you will know what you can and cannot change.
Filter your list of SSL certificates
We have added filters that enable you to more quickly find what you’re looking for in the list of SSL certificates.
You can now filter by:
Organization
Certificate type (free, standard, pro, or business)
Subscription end date (Next 30, 60, or 90 days or a custom period)
Validity end date (Next 30, 60, or 90 days, a custom period, or already expired certificates)
Type (one address, multi-domain, or wildcard),
Status (pending, valid, revoked, replaced, or expired).
Access your domain name activity log
You can now see your domain name activity log from the “Activity” tab in your domain dashboard.
Actions related to your domain name will now be logged there, accompanied by additional details.
For each action (mailbox creation, adding a web forwarding address, adding a tag, modifying a DNS zone, etc.), you can see who performed the action on the domain name, and when. You can also see details on the modifications made when applicable.
Various ergonomic improvements
To improve the overall ease of use of our site, we have improved our interface in a few ways:
Creating a web hosting instance: we improved the appearance of buttons for selecting options during the creation of a new instance
TLD pages: we changed the way page headers are displayed to make them more readable and efficient
Account login and creation: we updated the arrangement of page elements to make it altogether more intuitive
