(resolved) Hosting Incident

Due to an incident on the hosting platforms, customer VPS servers are currently unavailable.  We are in the process of restarting the servers.

We will keep you informed on further details ASAP.

1:18 PM roughly 6,000 servers are left to be rebooted (at a rate of 75 servers per minute). We are trying to accellerate the process 🙁

2:08 PM (the process is nearing completion: only 52 minutes remain for the rebooting of the remaining servers to be completed)

2:11 PM The cause of the incident is published in the Gandi Bar

3:15 PM 900 servers remain to be rebooted

3:45 PM Everything is back in order (2 or 3 cases still remain). As as reminder, the explanation for the incident is available on our blog. Please feel free to contact our customer service team if you have problems with your server.
