On Monday, March 12 a major network issue occurred on our Gandi Mail service which resulted in problems for our customers with sending and receiving email over the course of several hours.
Migration of our Simple Hosting service from our former data center, FR-SD2 is completed. We are now fully operational on new data centers with a better network architecture and new machines.

We thought our resellers and corporate customers would be able to start migrating to v5 this October. Unfortunately, the site is not yet ready for these customers.
Recently, we announced that we would be closing one of datacenters, FR-SD2 nd we outlined our basic migration plan. We’re now able to add more specifics to this plan, including elements catering to the needs expressed by our customers over the last couple of weeks since we initially made the announcement.
Our new version of Gandi Mail, now available on #gandiv5, offers improvements over the old version.
